A 50-minute DanceHIIT class where high intensity interval training meets DanceBody. This class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance through a mix of high and low impact intervals all set to a motivating playlist. Combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with full-body sculpt exercises, DanceHIIT will improve your strength, power, and athleticism.
